Academic Editing, Tutoring & Useful Material

Due to popular demand I now provide academic and non-fiction editing. For a complete list of my qualifications, please view my CV here

If you are interested in my services, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact me via email (rovere@rovere.com) with ‘request for editing services’ in the subject column.
  2. In the message body please include the following:
    • A copy of the document in either Microsoft Word or if you use Latex, an editable PDF
    • The time frame for having the document edited. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge for rush work.
    • A brief description of whether this is a first draft, final draft and so on. PLEASE NOTE: some documents will require more than one edit.
  3. If the piece is for Journal publication
    • Please attach a link to the author requirements for that journal.
    • If the piece has been previously rejected, please attach referees’ comments.

Once I have received this information, I will provide you with a firm quote, timeline, and payment details.

NOTE: I am only providing editing services. I  do not write content. In the case of theses and dissertations, many universities require permission from the department and supervisor, to use outside editing services; acknowledgement of the editor is often required in the document itself. Please make sure you meet department and university ethical guidelines.

I now provide limited online writing tutoring on an hourly basis. Contact me to set up a session.
